Curry Paste Recipes
Pasta is the summary name of the foods which are made from unleavened dough and water, and often with others ingredients-plant extracts and eggs, and it` s in fact the most popular Italian traditional food. The unusual thing that I will talk about is the mixing of the Italian kitchen with the Indian one. The result could be not something strange-sounding such as curry paste recipes. But there are many other examples: lamb curry recipes, for instance, are something which gained a lot of popularity also.
In point of fact the two cultures are so different that no one can assume what a delicious dish can be prepared from pasta and the piquant South Asian spice-curry. Now I will show you one of the many curry paste recipes, combining Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian and far Eastern culinary traditions. You will need a lot of kitchen stuff to cook this meal but it won` t cost you too much. The products used in this recipe are as follows-one tablespoon crushed garlic, 50 ml chicken broth, marinated tomatoes, arugula, and for the flesh- 50 g chicken, 50 g prosciutto, 50 g mushrooms, 100 g cottage cheese, 20 g curry, for the peanut sauce- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, one and a half tablespoon brown sugar, one tablespoon soy sauce and a pinch of grated lemon.
Now let’s get started! First we prepare the peanut sauce by gently heating the grated lemon and the brown sugar. Than the peanut butter has to be mixed with the pasta and the soy sauce and it has to be added to the sugar mixture. After that we prepare the garlic pasta with the crushed garlic and the thick-boiled chicken broth. The meat needs to be prepared by chopping finely the flesh and the mushrooms and puddle them with the cottage cheese and the curry. Than we put it in the fridge. The peanut sauce and the chicken broth are poured on the two sides of the plate, the cut meat from the prosciutto is above them, and the marinated tomatoes and the leaves arugula are put at the top. This tasty meal needs no more than 45 minutes to be prepared. It’s very delicious and unusual because of the different national kitchens but it makes you feel that you` re again a child and you` re at your granny’s house who cooked this amazing dish for you. Even if you don’t like the national kitchen of those countries, you’ll love that and all other curry paste recipes because of their unique and original taste. Try it! You’ll enjoy it and never regret eating it!
