Fish Curry Recipes
Curry is a mixture of five to thirteen spices, which originally came from the seventh largest country by geographical area-the South Asian state, India. Curry is main ingredient in thousands of recipes- curry paste recipes, fish curry recipes and many others. Anyway, the most famous spices used in the amazing sauce and the fish curry recipes in particular are turmeric, ginger, pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and so on.
The fish curry recipes are loved from the people across the ocean because of its unusual taste and non complicated way to cook it. I decided to show you one very delicious recipe. Curry and fish are the perfect combination with gingery taste. The dish can be prepared on your own fast and won’t cost you a lot of money. All you need is an onion, a tomato, 500 g fish, two tablespoons curry, a lemon, cooking oil and salt if you want to make the piquant taste stronger. The boned and cut fish is fried and put in a plate. Then you need to fry the onion and add some peeled off and chopped tomatoes (small pieces). Once the fish is supplemented, sprinkle it with curry and puddle them. When we are almost finished we lick them with a tea cup of water and a tablespoon of the lemon juice. At the final we boil it on a low fire for fifteen minutes.
Like all curries, this fish curry will always “supply” you with leftovers as well as hot lunches to take to work. The preparation of the dish would take no more than half an hour. So, you will have your kitchen cleaned because the kitchen stuff you will use won’t make the whole room dirty like some other products do. You will be truly amazed when you feel the amazing smell that makes our belly press the “emergency hungry button”. That was a joke of course but the curry really makes you eat it at the moment and once you’ve started you will have a lot of difficult to stop. I have to say that I’ve never tried curry with fish before but when I got this topic to write on I decided to cook one because I hate when someone reviews something without even try it. The taste was perfect for me, not too piquant and not too tasteless.
Anyway I read a lot of different comments on the Internet-some people like the combination between the sea specie and the Indian most famous spice-the curry, some don’t but you know that there is a great variety of tastes- some of them may become your favorite and others, you could find repulsive. It is all up to the individual preferences.
