What You Need 1/2 canned chipotle chili in adobo sauce 2 dried arbol chilies 1 chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 3 cloves garlic 1 dried guajillo chili 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 cup warm chicken bouillon 1 cup sugar-free peanut butter or 1 1/2 cups unsalted peanuts Salt and black pepper to taste
How to Prepare To soften the dried chilies, soak them in hot water, remove the stems soon after they get soft and chop them. Pour oil in a frying pan and add the chopped dried chilies, onion and garlic. After frying at low heat, transfer the mix to a bowl.
